- Date Night Preparation
- Update AUP (include amendments like FB/violent games) also Solution Keys does not want to be responsible for data not backed up.
- User Names Creation (i.e joe01px2014) - all over the map. Come up with better solution.
- Gallery updates? Wordpress? Moodle? Hardware implications? Upgrade implications? (compatibility of courses, resources, etc.)
- MacMini w/ Lion Server as a test bed to host iChat and other Apple and iOS services to see if these could go to scale (innovation requires requires experimentation).
- What is the status for the MAP client for OSX LION? Other than that, we are holding off for....(what?)
- Do we need to explore a replacement for our video portal?
- Supporting IT-based solutions from outside publishers (are we beta-testing their software and suggesting solutions? If so SAS should be getting major discounts/remuneration)
When Torris is there in the AM or after 2:00 PM:
- Preparation for Finance committee meeting next week.
- Making plans for next step in Technology plan
- Budgeting for 2012
